February: Chrysler Hall/DailyGram/ Black History Month/Jersey Day

On our way to Chrysler Hall for our music field trip and orchestra experience. 

It is great to see new friendships blossoming this time of year. 

We had excellent seats!

The program was interactive and very engaging for our students. Bravo to Mrs. Beth Bayer for preparing the kids to get the most out of their experience. 

Students are loving a new addition to our Monday-Thursday morning routine. What child doesn't love to write on the board?? This is our way of reviewing sentence combining from our DailyGram. 

Black history inspiration in the Lower School foyer. 

We met the Hampton University cheerleaders and percussion band members following the special Black History month pep rally!

Students did a FANTASTIC job on their first Black history expository assignment with a paragraph on Dr. Patricia Bath. I AM SO PROUD OF EVERYONE!

 The most famous "couple" in the world right now in honor of Friday's "Soup-er" Bowl/Jersey Day.
